Cafe Negroni (the espresso martinis rival)
1oz coffee infused Campari
1oz Dolin Rouge Vermouth
1oz Dry Gin (I recommend Beefeater)
In a stirring vessel, combine all three and stir until very cold, and well diluted. Pour in a rocks glass with a big cube, or whatever ice you have available.
Garnish with an expression of orange peel, discard and place 3 espresso beans on your cube.
