Summer in February!

1.5oz Flor De Cana 12yr aged rum

.75 Pineapple Juice

.5 Lime Juice

.5 Orange Juice

.5 Coco Lopez

Shake and strain using KD cubes

(home ice cubes are just fine)!

Pour into a tall glass with chipped ice and top with toasted coconut chips (link here)

If you can't get ahold of the coconut chips,

a lime wedge or pineapple spear will do!
