2oz Gin (I prefer an herbal gin for this one)

.75oz Freshly Juiced Celery

.5 Honey Syrup

.5 Lime Juice

Build and shake, and serve up with a celery salt rim.

Pictured is the celery pulp from juicing, dehydrated and crushed up and mixed with salt. Less waste!
