1.5oz Lime Juice

1.5oz Coco Lopez (its best to keep this at room temp for easy pouring)

Shake aggressively, and quickly

pour into a tall glass with kd cubes (home ice works just fine)

Top with club soda, so the coconut cream turns to foam and rises

Garnish with 3 sprigs of mint together like a bouquet
